Substance Abuse Evaluation (SASSI-3):
The Substance Abuse Evaluation (SASSI-3) is a psychological questionnaire developed to screen individuals for substance dependence and substance abuse. This screening instrument will classify individuals as having either a high probability or a low probability of substance dependence.
We are confident in using this particular screening instrument as results are found to be accurate when applied to diverse settings and across a variety of demographic factors.
This particular instrument is used by many organizations including addiction treatment centers, criminal justice programs (probation departments), hospitals, and other health care organizations.
Evaluations are scheduled
on an individual basis.

Appointment times are available evenings and Saturday/Sunday.
However, if you are
coming in for a class then the evaluation can be
completed the same day.
